Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability.

International Shipping
Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges are applicable and vary based on the destination. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time:
International orders may take 10–25 days to be delivered, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Custom Duties & Taxes:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping cost. These must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can track your shipment in real-time.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2–3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept disputes.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
