Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399 within India.

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability.

Courier Partners:
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges are applicable and vary based on the destination. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time:
International orders may take 10–25 days to be delivered, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Custom Duties & Taxes:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping cost. These must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Non-Delivery Assistance:
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support.natvibe@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can track your shipment in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 2–3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Important Information

  • If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept disputes.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of refund requests, shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund.
