Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

Step 1:
Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you have received:

  • An incorrect product
  • An expired product

For damaged or missing products, please raise a request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.


Step 3:
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.


Step 4:
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.


Step 5:
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and process a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product received
  • Damaged product (leakage, broken seal, tampered packaging)
  • Missing item(s) in the order

Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns/replacements will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (box, labels, seals) is missing
  • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged/missing issue reported after 2 days

Return Processing Timeline

  • Reverse pickup: 5–7 business days
  • Quality check after receiving product
  • Refund/replacement initiated post verification

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • To cancel, contact us or use the cancel option (if available)

    Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank) within 5–7 business days

Refund Timeline

  • Canceled orders: 5–7 business days
  • Returned products: 7–10 business days after quality check

Partial Returns

  • You can return individual products from an order
  • Must meet eligibility criteria within 7 days
